I'm Kelley.
Wife, mother, freelance writer, blogger, and a few thousand other hats that I don't wear well.
I started this blog in 2010 with the hopes of letting all the little voices out of my head and while I've taken breaks here and there to pursue this other thing called life, I still love writing and documenting my (mostly boring) days.
I live in Illinois with my almost 4 year old son, my hubs of almost 8 years (miracle, really), my beloved cat Eva and Lexi the kind-of-stupid-but-cute dog.
We recently purchased a fixer-upper on almost 2 acres and my, my, my has that been a journey.
When I'm not blogging, which is most of the time, I spend my time freelancing (yes, it's amazing), playing Bunco, going to bible study, drinking coffee, kissing my little baby boy (who's not really a baby), and moving furniture around the house (it's a problem I have).
